​VBREA Meetings Times and Locations

​Meetings are held at the following times unless changes are specifically cited within monthly listings shown in the below calendar.

Directors Board Meeting is held monthly on the third Wednesday, or as needed, prior to the General Membership Meetings at 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. (depending on the agenda) in the Agriculture Conference Room, Building 14, Municipal Center. Board meetings are open. We just ask that you email [email protected] for the start time and so we have a head count in case we need to relocate the meeting.

​​​General Membership Meeting is held monthly on the third Wednesday beginning at 12:00 p.m. at various locations noted below on our Monthly Calendar of Events.

Involvement Committee is held the first Tuesday of each month at various locations beginning at 10:00 a.m. If you would like to attend, please email Nancy Moore for the location: [email protected]

​Communications Committee Meeting​ is held the second Wednesday of the month beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Brick House Restaurant in Providence Square Shopping Center, unless otherwise posted.
