Office of the City Auditor, Fraud Investigative Division Contracted Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant February - June 2025
The position responsibilities include:
Taking meeting notes
Inputting data into spreadsheets
Covering the front desk
Organizing files
Managing calendars
Arranging meetings
Coordinating information to departments
Providing customer service skills for the office
Arranging investigative files
Typing memos/letters
Looking for someone who is not afraid to work in an environment that can become fast-paced at any given time. Someone already familiar with city organization and policies would be great, but we are willing to teach. The position can be for retirees looking for part-time or full-time hours.
